At Peakr Tribe, we want to ensure you are fully equipped for your next adventure. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
